How to notify Size/Color?

When you use our Checkout, you will get a box where you can enter Special Instructions. Please mention the size or color if applicable or any other special instructions in the Special Instructions box.

You can also email us the size/color if you forget to put in Special Instructions box, but doing so may delay the shipment.

If the item received by you is defective/damaged in transit, then please note that it can only be exchanged for the same item in the same size. If you need another size then you will have to make payment for S&H.

Please send the item back with a note telling us the reason for exchange, your full name, address, phone number, email address, date received, date shipped by you, our Order number etc. Please give upto 3 days to process your exchange. You will get UPS tracking or delivery confirmation as applicable by email once the item is shipped back to you. Please avoid sending emails asking for status. You may buy tracking while sending back the item to us so you know when we received it.
